Cars Crash As Reporter Does Live TV Report

Ever wonder if motorists are distracted by TV Crews doing live reports in the street.....to the point of crashing into each other?  Don't know if that was the case here, but one driver was apparently not paying attention to the car coming down the street as the reporter was live on TV.
