Take A Look At The World's Shortest Man: Less Than 2 Feet Tall

A Nepal man has been declared not only the shortest man in the world, but also the shortest man ever by the Guinness Book of World Records.  Chandra Bahadur Dangi measures at only 21.5 inches tall, breaking the previous record of a man in the Philippines by 2 inches.
